Call to Action / Texas: YES to SB 2351 and NO to SB 329
Vaccine toxicity, laws, actions to take - ZEROVAXX.comPosted on by Jolie Diane
The Texas legislature is still busy, and so are we.
Today the Senate Health and Human Services Committee will hear testimony on several bills. We are focusing on two, SB 2351 and SB 329. SB 2351 will help protect families refusing some or all of the “recommended vaccines”. The issue of doctors “giving (families) walking papers” when they decide they do not want to vaccinate has been one of the most serious problems I have seen in the last few decades. Texas Childrens’ has purchased the vast majority of pediatric practices, and these doctors are refusing care, like it or not. The problem is far from new, but fewer doctors are able to keep their private practices open, putting the health and lives of these young patients in jeopardy. Please call the committee in SUPPORT of this bill and thank the author, Sen. Bob Hall. 512-463-0102.
Please forward this to anyone you know who has been affected by these practices.
Excerpt: 2351 would simply state that, “a health care provider may
not refuse to provide health care services to a patient solely because
a patient has or has not received immunization for a particular communicable
disease.” Parents have the right to decide what substances are injected into
the bodies of their minor children. Additionally, the rights of conscience should
be protected and citizens should not be punished for their sincerely-held belief
to refuse an immunization. As proposed, S.B. 2351
Excerpt: information is collected at a high level, which can lead to a lack of
clarity for parents wishing to review this data. S.B. 329 provides for greater
transparency regarding the number of immunization exemptions in order for
parents to make a better-informed decision for their children and families.
As proposed, S.B. 329 amends current law relating to requirements for and
the transparency of epidemiological reports and certain immunization exemption
information and reports. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY
SB 329 will track the immunization status of all students and report it for each
school in the name of “transparency”. If the vaccines work and the “concerned” parents are
vaccinating their children then they should have no problems, nor do they have a need for any added information.
Please politely call the committee to OPPOSE this bill. There are NO privacy protections. Families are already dealing with harassment. There is no merit in posting the number of exemptions to school websites. We live in an age where our data is all too easily retrieved by persons unknown. Wells Fargo, Target, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, and even the IRS have not been able to keep our data safe just to name a few.
